Re-electing Andy Beshear in Kentucky

The Outperform Team is proud to have led the re-election effort of Kentucky’s Democratic governor Andy Beshear. Facing a GOP rising star in Attorney General Daniel Cameron and tens of millions of dollars from Republican Super PACs, the Beshear team had to run a near-perfect campaign.

Well-designed research helped craft potent messaging, resulting in compelling ads, hyper-targeted mail and digital programs and a precision voter turnout program. The Beshear campaign stayed disciplined and focused throughout, communicating the right messages to the right voters at the right times, and re-electing a Democratic governor in a state Trump carried by twenty-six points.

2024

We’re proud to have contributed to some big wins around the country at the federal, statewide and local levels in 2024.

Most notably, Outperform played a general consultant role for Representative-elect Wesley Bell in his upset win in the Democratic primary over entrenched incumbent Cori Bush in MO-01. Additionally, we oversaw IE field and visibility efforts on behalf of Senator-elect Angela Alsobrooks in her primary victory over self-funder David Trone and our targeted paid communications (IE) on behalf of Representative-elect Yassamin Ansari in AZ-03 contributed to her 39-vote win in the Democratic primary.

In Kentucky, we ran a seven-figure campaign for Kentuckians for Public Education to defeat a pro-vouchers constitutional amendment, which failed by a thirty-point margin. We’re also proud to have helped elect the first Black woman to the Kentucky Supreme Court through Kentuckians for Good Judges’ IE efforts on behalf of Pamela Goodwine. Additionally, we managed the winning campaign of Laura Russell for family court judge and oversaw the Kentucky Democratic Party’s paid communications campaign which helped multiple Democratic legislative candidates win their races.

Eric Hyers was proud to serve as a Senior Advisor for the Harris for President campaign in North Carolina.
